Quality

Small imperfections occasionally occur in glass and crystal. A tolerance level of 3% is considered acceptable in the industry. If you find a larger quantity of imperfections, please advise us immediately. Defective decorations will be credited promptly upon notification (within 30 days of receipt of goods). Do not return merchandise prior to proper written authorization. Our ink is 100% lead free and our screen-printed glasses are guaranteed to last up to at least 300 washes.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks from order date if product is available. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery when stock is not available. FOB Hillsboro, Oregon for UPS and common carrier. Orders requiring shipment less than 10 working days are subject to a rush charge of $45.

Artwork

Camera Ready Artwork: To achieve high quality reproduction of your logo or design, it is essential that we have camera-ready artwork. Stationary, business cards, photos, decals or fax copies are not suitable for reproduction. Minimum 600 dpi laser copy is acceptable. If camera-ready artwork is not available, please submit the most precise and complete artwork possible. Artwork may be created for you and is billed at $35 per hour; an estimate will be provided for approval. Artwork must be available at least five days prior to the scheduled work order date.

Trademark/Copyright Logos

Trademark, copyright and registered designs are imprinted for authorized users only. Glass Tech waves all responsibility for infringement. It is the responsibility of the user to obtain permission for use of the logo, and it is assumed by Glass Tech that permission has been obtained. We may require written authorization from the owner or holder of the trademark, copyright or registered design.

Terms of Payment

We accept VISA/MC. Net 30 terms will be issued only upon approval of completed and signed application. Accounts over 30 days will be charged 2% monthly (26.82 APR).
